Select $30- $100 per month to be put into your Opulence Beauty Bank as a spa credit. Accumulate up to 6 months. Can be used on any spa service and or spa specials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Starting The Program

No contract to sign. 3 month commitment. Your Spa Membership Monthly Program renews automatically each month. Payments are billed on the same day each month.

Memberships Include Gratuity. Additional gratuity is at your discretion and are still MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners.

Rollover Privileges

Members may rollover any unused services for up to 3 months before we will auto pause or cancel your membership. Rollover services do expire 3 months post original payment.

Pause Membership

Members may pause for up to 2 months. After 2 months the membership will automatically renew unless cancelled. If 7 days notice is not given. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages are non-refundable. Members must notify Opulence of credit card change information.

Leaving The Program

Cancel Any time, 7 days notice is needed, If you are a member more than 6 regular billing cycles, you may still use your spa credits for qualified services for a period of 12 months, as all spa credits expire 12 months from cancellation. If you are a member for less than 4 regular billing cycles, you may use your spa credits for up to 6 months. Each spa credit expires 6 months from the date of cancellation.

Immediately upon cancellation, you will no longer have special pricing or discounts on other services.

Should the spa relocate or close, the spa has no financial responsibility for any unused credits where the member did not use the credit the month it was accrued for.

Joining the Spa Membership Program and continued monthly payment indicates full agreement to these terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change without notice. Please contact us for any question you may have before signing up with this program

Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Opulence reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason. Opulence reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing at anytime with/ without notice. The spa has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If you need to change your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance or you will be subject to a $100 fee or a credit will be redeemed.. Your Spa Membership is non-transferable.
