Tox

Neurotoxin blocks signals from the nerves to the muscles so that the injected muscle can't contract. That makes the dynamic lines relax and soften. Neurotoxin is most often used on forehead lines, crow's feet, and frown lines. Wrinkles (static lines) caused by sun damage and gravity will not respond to neurotoxin.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

On average, almost everyone loses between 10% and 20% of their body weight. Everyone responds to medications differently and we do not guarantee results, but we will work closely with you to help you achieve your goals.

2 months, you could lose up to 20 pounds
4 months, you could lose up to 40 pounds or more

Remember that these medications are a tool for weight loss. Incorporating proper diet, exercise, and water intake, among other healthy habits is highly suggested for a successful weight loss journey. Please be advised, for those needing to lose an excess of 30 pounds please consider that a healthy weight loss plan will need to consist of more than the initial 6-week program. Weight loss at too rapid of a speed will not be sustainable and is not healthy.

Side Effect Vary

The side effects of semaglutide are typically mild but people taking semaglutide or tirzepatide for weight loss may experience:

Dizziness
Fatigue
Gastrointestinal issues, such as diarrhea, constipation and gassiness
Headache
Stomach issues, including nausea, vomiting, pain or distension (bloat)

Gastrointestinal issues are the most common complaint among people just starting. But you may be able to reduce the side effects by beginning on a lower dose and then slowly increasing the amount you take.

What to expect

1 Consultation

Your program will begin with a consultation to discuss your weight loss goals. We will go over your health history and make sure you are a candidate for weight loss injections. You will need to come in weekly to see the doctor. Please bring any labs you have had within the past 6 months.

You will then receive 1 injection per week at a beginning dosage. You are required to come in clinic once a week to receive your dose.

2 Dosage Strength

These medications require a small dose during the first month to help your body acclimate to the medication. After that, the dosage is gradually increased based on your progress, goals, and how your body is responding to the medicine. This approach ensures safe and sustainable weight loss.

3 Weight loss & Maintenance

After reaching your weight loss goal we want to make sure you maintain your hard work! After the first 3-5 months, you can choose to continue with the maintenance dosage. This will help to maintain your new weight month-to-month.

Great news for those struggling with weight loss! Studies have shown that Tirzepatide (also known as MOUNJARO®) has been found to result in greater weight loss than Semaglutide. Unlike Semaglutide, Tirzepatide targets two receptors to stimulate body weight reduction in patients. This could be a promising option for those looking to achieve their weight loss goals or who have plateaued on semaglutide.
