Where are you located?

We are located in the strip mall next to Planet Fitness and Murdoch's

What is your gratuity policy?

We believe in fair and transparent pricing for our services. Our providers are already making a competitive living wage, so we have eliminated the expectation of tips. Instead, we would be grateful if you could leave a review and recommend us to your friends as a way of showing your appreciation. Any gratuity is at your discretion. Thank you for choosing us for your spa needs!

What is your cancellation & rescheduling policy?

We totally get it, life happens and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We promise we won't take it personally. Just give us heads up 24 hours in advance, or we'll have to charge you a fee of $75 for a 30-minute appointment and $100 for 30+ minute appointment. 

...AND if you ghost us and don't show up at all, we'll have to charge you $100. If you do this three times, we will charge you the full service amount, even if it's prepaid. So, let's avoid that and keep the good vibes going!

How late can I be to my appointment?

We understand schedules get busy but we ask that you please respect our time/schedules as we respect yours. We have a 5-10 minute grace period. If you are late for an appointment and we are able to work with the amount of time remaining, your treatment will still end on time so that the next appointment after you may begin as scheduled. Your service will still be charged in full.

Should you be late and we are unable to work in the time remaining, you will be charged a late cancellation fee and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Appointments that are 35m or under have a 5 minute grace period. Anything over 35m it is 10 minutes.
