General
A credit card is required to secure all appointments, no exceptions. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these polices. All sales are final.
Cancellations
We ask that you please give us 24-hour notice in the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you will be charged a fee of a minimum of $50, maximum of the entire appointment cost. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment time without any notice you will be charged a no show fee of $75-$100+. Please be aware after 3 no show and or late cancellations/rescheduling you will be charged the full-service amount in addition to our fee even if it is on a prepaid service.
Our Grace Period
We understand life can be crazy and schedules get busy but we ask that you please respect our time/schedules as we respect yours. We have a 5-10 minute grace period. If you are late for an appointment and we are able to work with the amount of time remaining, your treatment will still end on time so that the next appointment after you may begin as scheduled. Your service will still be charged in full.
Should you be late and we are unable to work in the time remaining, you will be charged a late cancellation fee and your appointment will be rescheduled.
Appointments that are 35m or under have a 5 minute grace period. Anything over 35m it is 10 minutes.
Payments/Gratuity
We accept Cash, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover. We also take Apple Pay, Cash App, & Google Pay.
Tips are greatly appreciated but never expected. Service Providers prefer cash tips or venmo but can be applied at check out when paying for your treatment. They keep 100% of their tips.
Confirmation Texts/Emails
You must confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment, or it may result in loss of appointment.
Groupon
If you have already purchased a groupon and you no call no show for your appointment the entire amount of your groupon will be redeemed. You are also still subject to the $50 fee.
Weather Policy
Your safety is important to us, please try to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you no call no show it will still result in a $50 fee. If the spa is going to be closed due to bad weather, you will receive a text/call/email and we will reschedule your appointment.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service, you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment. While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if possible, we will allow our clients to use the charges towards other services and/or products. Opulence Skin Solutions reserves the right to review all refund requests and make a decision on any resolution (if any). Products can be returned unopened 14 days after purchase. Opened products can be exchanged for spa credit up to 30 days after purchase.
Services
You have ONE year to use all packages and services that were purchased during an event, sale, or throughout the year. Gift cards NEVER expire.
Lash Fills
You must have 40% of lash extensions in order for it to be considered a fill. Anything less will be considered a full set. Fills must be done every 2-3 weeks. After 21 Days it is a full set.
If you can count how many lash extensions or have large gaps it will probably be considered a full set or an upcharge of $15. If you notice premature loss before your scheduled fill please come in sooner to avoid being charged the additional fees. If you come in with dirty lashes like make up build up it will be a $15 fee. We sell lash aftercare products and refills on your lash wash are $5.
Guests & Children
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians try to make other arrangements for their children while they are receiving services. Opulence Skin Solutions is not liable for any harm your child may get in. Parents will be held liable for any damage done to the spa. Do not bring sick children or guests to accompany you. Children must be accompanied by another parent or guardian if under the age of 10.
No more than 1 friend or family member can accompany you.
Age Requirement
Children must be 10 or older to receive spa services like facial/waxing/or laser hair removal. Parent or guardian MUST be present at ALL times during the appointment. Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent present. You must be 18 years or older to receive injectables.

Prices and services are subject to change at any time with or without notice.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere.
Confidentiality & Privacy
We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. We follow HIPAA guidelines. The conversations you have at Opulence Skin Solutions will remain confidential, as will your health history forms. Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies.
